Majority of the community is older, and they should probably make it a 55+ community but they rented to me (I am in my thirties). I rarely had people over and if I did it was my family. Any time I had my nieces or nephews over they would tell me that "kids weren't allowed" I had a lady that lived below me complain almost every day about me walking in my own apartment.
