Excellent staff and amenities. The grounds are always clean and the location is great.
Terrible management. Don't let the pretty countertops fool you. Save yourself the very bad experience and go elsewhere.
David is seriously the best leasing manager I’ve ever worked with. From day one he’s been kind, patient, and went above and beyond often in my short time here. Not once did he make me feel like I was annoying him with my questions and requests (of which there’ve been many) since we’ve moved in. I have no idea how much David gets paid, but double it 🤙
I moved out a few months ago, but I benefited from reading thorough and honest reviews when deciding to first move here, so I wanted to write a review as well! I lived at the Eden for several years. I was relatively satisfied there, but it did go downhill after Greystar bought it. Ultimately, I did not find the rent I was paying worth the lack of customer service and competence, knowing I could find a better deal elsewhere.
