Well it has been quite a week! After Cathy Hunnicutt sold my house in only two days… I needed to find and purchase my new townhouse. With her help we found the perfect one! I moved in last Thursday and I love it. I couldn’t of done it without Cathy and Stephanie from Benchmark… You both went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful!
Ed and his team are first class. We had ten showings scheduled and a full-priced offer within one day of putting the house on the market. Where Ed brought most of the value, though, was during the due diligence phase, when he helped me navigate repair costs and other items as we pushed towards closing. He'll tell you when to negotiate and when to compromise in order to get the deal done, which is very helpful. I give his team my highest endorsement.
Leaving the home that we raised our children in was one of the most difficult things that I have had to endure in my life. The whole Hunnicutt family made it an easy process. I will be forever grateful.
