I received my order and it was incorrect & damaged. I sent an email & Facebook message, they responded within 48 hours. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction.
I received my order and it is incorrect & damaged. I attempted to reach out to the company (called the number, used chat option on website & emails) to resolve. The telephone number listed is not valid, never received a response via chat or email. The products are good but BEWARE.
I tried every eczema cream available with no good results until I finally came to The Eczema store. I’m so glad I did! My eczema was on my face around my eyes which is a very sensitive area and everything I used just made it worse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the eczema relief oil. I felt relief instantly and more importantly I had results of healing within days! This will be my go to product from now on!
This establishment is my favorite place to go when it comes to sensible/eczma skin care products. It provides a fast, reliable and high-quality products that are natural, for all skin types and easy to use. I use them all the time on my daughter’s skin and myself as self-care routine products.Seriously, I highly recommend The Eczema Store!
Good products. I got eczema on my hands which is no fun. It pops up from contact and then gets worse with stress and wetness. Use this product and watch it disappear in a week. I don't think there's enough stars for this product!
