My husband and I spend part of our winters skiing at Park City. For years we have dined at the Eating Establishment. This ski season, we invited family to eat there with us and I have to say the EA has fallen flat on its face. The service was poor, food for four was brought out in 15 minute increments and the food wasn't what it has been in the past and the servers are there to serve not stand around. Service is terrible. Our waitress made us split the check ourselves (instead of asking us at the beginning if this was on separate checks, keep in mind there were 4 obvious couples), forgot food, never got us water, etc. Not worth it.
This place sucked bad food small portions over priced and rude staff.
