My eating disorder started when I was very young but I didn’t realize it as a “disorder” until well into adulthood. I started working with Dr. Lindsey Ricciardi at EDI and after individual therapy, DBT, food coaching and even yoga I was able to manage my unhealthy relationship with food on my own. To be honest, Lindsey and their crew really know what they’re doing after 40 years Of eating disorders, I can truly say ,as long as you put in your part of the work their guidance is priceless !! I am free to eat what I want and when I want !!!🙏🙏🙏
I worked with multiple therapists and dietitians here and it was always a super positive experience. Even after I was in a good enough place to leave treatment, I still keep in contact with Dr. Ricciardi. This place is a Godsend and helped me in ways I can’t even begin to describe. To anyone who’s considering going to treatment, I highly recommend going here. It’s going to change your life.
