Horrible experience. Only half of the order was received with no communication regarding the remaining. I had to call only to be told that I would receive shortly. Took another 2-3 weeks. The first shipment they sent took a while too. I went to return the remaining order of 2nd shipment since I had to get the project done. Trash… i ordered something from them. And did not receive it. 1 week and they are still processing.
Staff is very knowledgeable. Best big kid store around
Ordered Ford UG 7204 basecoat,took a week to ship when i opened the can was sent midcoat sent pics of what they sent me their response was their experts said it was basecoat and refuse to refund or send the correct paint.
