Stayed here for 4 years and really enjoyed the place. Packages were delivered up when you were on vacation and concierge were generally very good. Soundproofing is decent despite our neighbor playing loud bass music periodically (front desk always took care of it with a knock during quiet hours). Only odd issue we never brought up till we left was that another neighbor used to let his dog defecate in the hallways (never brought dog downstairs at night so it was obvious). The Easton is an absolutely fantastic place to live. The apartment is beautiful, the upkeep of the building is amazing. It is always super clean, if I ever have a repair issue it is addressed almost immediately.. The best thing about living here is the staff! Every single person is friendly and so nice and they get the jobs done. You will be very happy if you live here.
