It’s a very dirty place, the bark park is always full of poop that nobody cleans. It stayed like that for two weeks, and the management excuses themselves by saying they only have one person to maintain the building. The fire escape stairs are also dirty. It’s not worth what they charge. Definitely is not a Premium apartment.

Great experience living here. While there have definitely been challenges and growing pains, that's to be expected with any large rental property. What really matters is how things are handled by management, and the current manager Evelin has made a massive improvement on that end. A few things to note from reading other bad reviews-I'm in a similar industry so I feel like clarity is needed.
