Extremely poor communication! Would not recommend at all until they figure out what’s going on with their *new* management. 1) Attempt 1: Weeks before moving to SLC, I was in the process of applying for a year long lease but got slapped with a $1k fee for pets, despite clicking on not having any. I am in the early stages of apartment switching...and I've been considering a number of factors in my decision..mainly proximity related to work and school for my kids...but the leasing staff at the Calo is making my decision a lot easier to wanting to choose them. From the receptionist, to the leasing agents and the manager...this team makes me feel valued. It’s a very dirty place, the bark park is always full of poop that nobody cleans. It stayed like that for two weeks, and the management excuses themselves by saying they only have one person to maintain the building. The fire escape stairs are also dirty. It’s not worth what they charge. Definitely is not a Premium apartment.
