The leasing office staff don’t communicate with security on who lives there my car got towed for no reason when I was gone on a trip now I owe 1k because there’s no communication woudnt recommend this place to anyone
I have lived at The Calo for almost 3 years and the quality has gone down a lot. The entire building needs maintenance and everything takes forever to be fixed. When we go to the office to complain about something, the new employees are never able to help at all. Since Kauika and Keile left the office, it has been getting harder and harder because the new employees treat us with a lot of bad attitude. The neighborhood is great but the employees and maintenance are bad.
UPDATE*** I'd give a 0 star if I could!!! .... It was a nightmare after Moved out - I've paid all the fees that they told me when I needed to move out early and I double-checked a couple of times with the leasing office worker if I have any pending fees but have been told "nope You have no pending charge that you needed to pay and I'm good to move out." I paid for an early move-out termination fee of almost $2500 upfront but after moved out a few months, they sent me the bill saying I didn't make the early move out terminati... read more
