RecommendedGood place nice party ....!!!
The rooms were lovely, the service was great. The staff were very polite and very helpful. Only complaint is that the coffee in the lobby was cold.
The room was nice the front desk gentleman was very professional the only thing is the bed was to hard for me and our door wouldn’t stay closed unless we slammed it but I let the front desk know and they were going to check it out , would I stay there again yes more then likely
We stayed 2 nights. Staff was great. Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable. Within in walking distance to museums and restaurants. Will stay here whenever I am in Rochester.
The staff was excellent! Hotel is clean, breakfast was very good. Location is great! They even gave me a ride to the Lilacfest and back! Thank you fantastic time !
The night manager Mike is awesome! So nice and helpful every time we stay with work. Great experiences so far
