HELLO, THERE WERE EMAILS SENT OUT IN THE BEGINNING FOR EACH SECTION OF THE PARKING LOT TO BE PAVED. THE EMAILS WERE FOR RESIDENTS TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES TEMPORARILY.  I SEE THAT THERE WAS NO EMAILS SENT AFTER A WHILE AND I QUESTIONED ELI IN THE OFFICE AND HE SAID THAT THEY WERE DONE.  MANY RESIDENTS WERE NOT INFORMED TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES AND THE WHITE PAINT PAVEMENTS WERE COMPLETED. THIS IS MY 3RD COMPLAINT ON HERE AND I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE EARL APARTMENTS SINCE MOVING IN FEBRUARY 2024 AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING A CAR AND MOTORCYCLE I PURCHASED A CARPORT SPOT. I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE EARL ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE PARKING IN THE SPOT INCLUDING THE IMMATURE, CHILDISH, RACIST MANAGER, BROOK CROSSLEY IN WHICH HER SPOT IS RIGHT NEXT TO MINE. I moved her and now not sure we will be staying. The problem with the office is that one person, leasing agent Eli tells me on numerous phone calls that after purchasing vehicles and the carport that I can place a traffic conde in the spot and if someone parks there that I can call the police because some people come to visit an park where they want and like to test others response.
