Dr. Lance Jackson is so knowledgeable and informative. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and encouraging. The Waiting room is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Even the walls are hung with happy pictures and children’s thank you notes.
take care of your hearing, protect it at all cost but if you happen to need a hearing Doctor, this is the place!! no other including the Audiologist!!
I have been seeing Dr. Jackson since 2012 - he has really helped me control my vertigo. I highly recommend the Ear Institute of Texas. I referred my brother in law, with different issues and he is very happy with the care he is receiving. Rita has also been a life saver for me personally - when I did have an episode of Vertigo she was there to help me every step of the way.....she is an angel...really cares about patients and the practice!
This is a great practice and Dr Jackson, Cyndi, Desiree and everyone I have crossed paths with is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is with the phone system. The practice is very busy and rarely do I get a real person when I have called (4 or 5 times). The follow up phone calls are a serious problem. I had Mastoid surgery in July , which went great, but I had a couple of questions and getting follow up phone calls was a problem. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Jackson’s office! Starting from the receptionist, audiologists, medical assistants and PA to the Doc! Wow amazing patient service! Big shout out to Desiree for her personality and cheerfulness! To Sarah for her awesomeness in calming me down before shooting water up my ears 🤣. Great job to all the TEAM! Dr. Jackson great and Cindy great patient service!
