I am very disappointed with my experience at The Ear & Audiology Clinic in Scarborough. I went there on Saturday hoping to get help for my tinnitus. I informed the audiologist that I had already completed a hearing assessment at another clinic last year and explained my situation. Despite this, I was given the exact same hearing test again. To my surprise, I was charged $95 for the hearing assessment, even though my previous hearing test had been covered by OHIP. I had an issue with my left ear due to a blockage caused by earwax. My family doctor referred me to an ENT specialist, but the earliest appointment available was 7 weeks away. Thankfully, I found this clinic instead. The experience was excellent. The audiologist was professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. One of our child's therapists referred this clinic to my in-laws. Matthew thoroughly conducted their hearing assessments, provided detailed recommendations, and took the time to explain the available options. After doing our own research and comparing several clinics, we chose to proceed with them.
