Bought a 1989 Windcruiser Motorhome in San Diego. While driving back to Compton in August, had an engine fire. After calling many shops to fix it, a former employee of The Dyno shop recommended the Dyno Shop. After they fixed everything covered by my insurance, Brian has patiently worked with me for additional repairs I needed. We were on our way to the desert for New Years weekend when we heard a pop... Lost all power to the truck and black smoke was pouring out of the exhaust. We were close to santee so started looking for a mechanic on my phone. We were pulling our trailer and dog in the truck... Really disappointed that our holiday would be ruined. We found Mark at Dyno Shop and he stayed and waited for us to limp to the shop ( about 2 pm New Year's Eve). I really appreciate their fast and quick service I left my car there went out to get a bite to eat with a friend and when I came back it was just sitting there ready and waiting for me. Thank you for your quick service.
I just want to say thank you for helping out the military with the prices and that I will be passing the word along to my buddies and everyone else who has auto issues.
I have walked into many mechanic shops before and have been treated by less than a professional by most because I know nothing about cars. That is why when I walked into Dyno Shop I was treated as a valuable client and all of my questions were answered. The mechanic that test drove the car with me was amazing and he also made me feel like I can ask him questions all day long. He was happy to answer all of them. I will be back if I ever need any mechanical work again and I will be recommending others as well.
I was pleased with the attention to detail and the commitment to customer service and the willingness to educated me on the best performance by my vehicle.
