I absolutely love these cookies! I just had the white chocolate, pistachio, and chocolate chip with coconut. It was the best cookie I've ever had in my life. They bake joy and happiness in to every bite! The guy is the sweetest and gave me and my hubby an extra cookie. They were so good we went back for another for my little girl. He gave her an extra cookie too. She got a chocolate chip and sugar cookie. The expression of pure happiness and love on her face when she took that first bite was priceless.
