It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Cindy Dutcher and Nichol Dutcher. They are competent, patient and professional. They keep up with the current market. They treat you good even if you are selling a cheap property thru them. It was the best experience ever.
Our experience with “The Dutcher Team” has been exceptional. We visited Bullhead City for a few days looking for our “new home”, and asked Cindy to show us a few that were on our list. She was very responsive, and spent a few hours showing us some homes. Afterward, we met in her office, and told her that two of the properties she showed us were under consideration. Nichol was great. After one day showing me properties, she knew what I liked. The next time she and Cindy showed me properties, it only took 3 or 4 properties and she showed me the perfect one, exactly what I was looking for. She listens to her clients and finds what they want. It was great!
