The company lacks diversity within the North, South and East Lobbies as well overall company. The employees alloted to represent the the cachet of the company is a joke . They aren't familiar with customer service in no way . They're countenance displayed by the staff is always discouraging as they are constantly on their phones trying to suppress their state of tedium. I like living in this building but they need to get rid of some of the staff. Some of the staff are unprofessional like Randy, Celena and Hector. They lack professionalism and courteousness. They’re very rude and they don’t care about the tenants. So why should anyone care about them? I’ve missed so many section 8 inspections because of Randy. This is ridiculous.
