dont recommend!!!!!! used to live here & they tried sending to collections that i didnot pay my past balance & I HAD TO SHOW PROOF i did.trying to mess up my credit!! weird ! dont even waste your time fr not even worth the price for some popcorn ceilings & ya might have a roach infested apartment too and the staff not that friendly the lady emily used to always be mugging when i walked in

I’ve lived at Durham Apartments for a few months and have had a great experience so far. The community is well-maintained, and the team is friendly and helpful. Jesse has been great to work with—always responsive and professional. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment home.
