Our Rheems water heater stopped working. The water heater was still under warranty so we called Rheems and they diagnosed the the problem over the phone and sent us a replacement pilot light assembly. We called Dunwoody Plumber and talked to Mary. She said it would be $150 to come out and replace the part. We agreed and Tom the owner came out the next day and installed the new part. The water heater still didn't work. He then installed some other parts from his truck, a generic gas control thermostat and a generic burn... read more

Mr. Connolly came yesterday evening to install a gas water heater in my attic space. He did a fantastic job and was much more reasonable than another plumber that gave me an estimate. I wholeheartedly recommend.
