Chris is a hustler! A quality I saw right away and appreciated. We met him by doing a Zillow search and were unsure about buying or renting as we were relocating from California to Vegas. I was an out of state customer buying a property sight unseen. Mr Dunson was able to do a zoom call virtual tour of the home with me as well as the neighborhood to put me at ease. Through several conversations with Mr Dunson it was clear he knew what he was talking about so when came time to do the final walk through I trusted him to do so in my place. All in all a very good home buying experience in part made possible by my agent. I would have no issues teaming up with him again.
