This place is second to none unreal service Tracey and Brad were nothing but unreal for our family. The rooms are unreal close to everything worth every cent. We will be back
Our Apartment was clean and well presented Location was perfect with places to eat at the door. Friendly staff who were helpful Our room had a lovely view and car parking was secure with easy access.
Have stayed at numerous properties on the Sunshine Coast and The Dunes would be our favourite by far. Managers Tracey and Brad go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Queensland.
Recently stayed 4 nights at The Dunes Cotton Tree and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a very spacious, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom apartment. Great location with walking distance to cafes, shops and beach. Great views from our spacious balcony. Parking available and onsite Managers Brad and Tracey are very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed at Dunes for two nights. Great location. Advertised as having air con. Air con in the lounge only. No air con in the bedroom. Very hot in the middle of summer. Advertised with free foxtel. Foxtel did not work. We rented a one bedroom unit. They locked off the main bathroom. Tiny ensuite for two people who paid for an apartment. Great views. Good parking. Much better value elsewhere on the water at Cotton Tree.
