Last week they told me I was leaking oil, brake & transmission fluid. I took my car to our mechanic and no leaks. You have lost 2 long term loyal customers.
They installed cabin air filter incorrectly causing debris to clog air conditioning condensation hose which then flooded out my passenger floor! The employees there couldn’t even figure out how to reset the change oil light. I spoke with corporate and requested a refund for my cabin air filter and they refused. I was told the best they can do is give me a free oil change. I never would have expected this mess from an actual oil change facility. Also I want to add that an employee actually told me oh it doesn’t look horrible!
Excellent customer service! My experience was pleasant from start to finish. They didn’t try to recommend a bunch of things that I didn’t need like other places.
They didn't put the cap on my truck properly or inform me that there was an issue with the oil cap and now my engine is knocking an burning oil!!! It's a bunch of under paid kids who don't care servicing your vehicle!
Didn’t seat dip stick. Blew oil everywhere. Grease/oil hand prints inside&out. Terrible customer service! Never will I use their services!
