I made an appointment and specifically asked for a tire rotation and to have my back tire checked because of a possible slow leak. Made the appointment in person and watched the lady make the notes. She told me come in today at 8:30 and they would rotate my tires and fix my back tire if it needed it. To make a long story short, after they rotate my tires and the guy is telling me Im all set I ask about the back tire and they tell me they don’t do that unless you ask and I tell him I did when I made the appointment.
