I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall I’m really happy here. The building is clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Management and staff have been responsive whenever I had questions or small issues, and everything gets handled pretty quickly. Especially during the move-in process, they were patient, helpful, and quick to find practical solutions. Their support really made it easier for me to settle in comfortably.
I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire team at The Duke. One of the biggest positives of this residence is definitely the staff. A huge thank you to Vishwa, who has always been extremely responsive, professional, warm, and welcoming. She made every interaction easy and pleasant. Big thanks to Mohsen and Megan for addressing issues so quickly and professionally. We lived at The Duke for 3 years, and Colin was honestly one of the best parts of the building team. He’s super friendly, reliable, and always quick to help whenever something needed fixing. You can tell he really cares about the residents, takes pride in his work and really goes the extra mile! He’s awesome at what he does and would make a fantastic building manager one day!
