This is a an amazing, community-oriented pet-friendly building. Megan, Mohsen and Colin go out of their way to be of service to the residents. I’m grateful to live here.
We feel truly lucky to live here. We’re especially grateful to Megan and Mohsen, who are always available and incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. Thanks to them, we never have to worry about anything related to the building they genuinely work so hard to make everything easier for us. The building is also very well-maintained and clean, definitely much better compared to many others we've seen. It's clear that they care about the community here, and we really appreciate it.
The management is super helpful and addresses all needs and issues promptly. Great location and great views from the rooftop!
On Saturday December 28th, 2024: Visited Duke apartments to view a studio unit, and greeted by Sue Farooqi - leasing specialist. She showed me around the building and explained in detail. She was EXCELLENT! Also I liked the building and studio unit. Thank you so much, I truly appreciated the tour! Now I found good place to move! Thank YOU Sue for your assistance ☺️. I will be keeping in touch by email when I am ready to move. Angela N
Great help from the managers (Mohsen & Megan) and repairman, Colin! Would recommend, both for that and the location. The place itself has amazing views, as well.
