On Saturday December 28th, 2024: Visited Duke apartments to view a studio unit, and greeted by Sue Farooqi - leasing specialist. She showed me around the building and explained in detail. She was EXCELLENT! Also I liked the building and studio unit. Thank you so much, I truly appreciated the tour! Now I found good place to move! Thank YOU Sue for your assistance ☺️. Great help from the managers (Mohsen & Megan) and repairman, Colin! Would recommend, both for that and the location. The place itself has amazing views, as well.

I am a current tenant. The Duke is a great place to live. Megan and Mohsen and their team are fabulous and have taken excellent care of me. The location is so convenient- everything is close by. I would certainly recommend living here.
