In the early days of OPCG, Owner claimed there would be a limit of one box per person and sales would begin at store opening hours at 11. Was there a few minutes before 11, found that door was already opened and was told that one single person has bought out the entire stock. So I guess the owner lied about both? Hasn’t responded to my queries about this since.
