I came in to buy a commander deck. The first employee I approached told me he didn't work there when I asked, even though he was working behind the counter in one of the glass cases and came off very hostile and annoyed. The second employee who was working on the computer was snippy when I asked if they had the deck I was looking for. Owners son is extremely hostile when asking simple questions. Also doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about which may be why he is so hostile. I asked if he would go any lower on a card because it was damaged and got yelled at that it wasn’t damaged and it’ll sell online all day. The card had a dented left corner, a crease, and the bottom was peeling up but sure not damaged. That immediately made me walk away and will never visit the store or booth they’re selling at again. Jon is great. Shop generally feels a bit dingy and unclean but good stock of options for collectors!
Everytime I go there I have a good experience! I’ve played tournaments there and even done deals with the owner. He’s been nice to me and gives me good prices everytime! There card selection is also unbeatable no matter what TCG you play!
Great store and customer service really good selection for one piece singles. Guy behind the counter went out of his way to dig for a couple of singles for me.
