Pretty easy going staff and actually was willing to purchase items rather than just being greedy and wanting to sell u things.
Customer service is really bad. Every single time I come in here and sell my cards they never check the price on them on line the guy is extremely rude for no reason doesn’t even take the time took look up the value of the card says no immediately. Sucks because I spend so much money here just for them to be really rude.
Don’t come here all the staff is very rude and they look at you like your stupid.pricing is okay but they lowball so much wish they could have a better attitude.
This store sells the Becket price guide, but if you go there to try and sell any items, that are valued in the Becket Magazine that they actually sell in this store, they’ll tell you that those items are not worth, the value, that Becket places, on those items!! Instead they try to find the lowest figure, that item was ever sold for, online, & that’s all they will give you, for that item!! This is a hypocritical, & very dishonest, way of doing business!!
