We’ve all had our ducks cleaned at one time or another, but when I called upon the duck cleaning specialist late one Friday night, because of an issue I was having with my ducks, I certainly didn’t expect immediate service response. It was very good experience. He doing great job.
The initial quote seemed reasonable, but my bill ended up with unexpected fees that significantly increased the cost. The quality of the cleaning didn’t justify the extra charges, and I felt misled by the pricing. A very disappointing experience.
Not only was the service subpar, but the customer support was also a letdown. The Duct Cleaning Specialists were late to the appointment, and when I voiced my concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
They are reliable and honest. Thank you for your good job.
