These guys are so fabulous, we used The Duct Cleaners twice in one month! The first time they came and cleaned our ducts (after 15 years of dog hair) and also repaired two ducts. The second time was a bigger job for installation of insulation and a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. In a word, they are excellent!! If you've been putting this kind of work off in your house, give them a call. A+ for quality of work and A+ for professionalism!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We recently had The Duct Cleaner team out for service. Mason & Trent were professional and hard working. They showed up on time and got right to work. Having our duct work cleaned has made a huge difference in our home. I had no idea just how much built up in there over time. Scheduling was easy, all my questions were answered, and the price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we need service. Thank you Dustin for being such an amazing business to work with!
On the positive side, they were really easy to schedule and communicated their arrival and need for rescheduling well. For the dryer vent cleanup service - the technician showed up, said its clean and left without any cleanup but I was charged the full amount. I wish this was communicated more clearly or more effort was made to diagnose the issue before scheduling. Highly professional, reasonably priced, and high-quality service. I had an excellent experience working with them in late 2024. Their prompt communication (e.g., they text you to let you know exactly when they will arrive before they leave) made the entire process smooth and efficient.
I had Dustin and his team out for a simple dryer vent cleaning. Some companies won’t come out for just that, since it is a small job, but you don’t always need more done, so it leaves the homeowner in a bind. Dustin and his team arrived on time, were very polite, friendly and professional, and got the job done super fast.
