(2025) She never fails to quickly respond! I got the call at noon from daycare that the kids had it. Called the lice nanny immediately and headed to pick up at home kit! Treated everybody that night and everybody was back in daycare the next day! She cares about your time she cares about your family! I will never use anybody else! Erin was able to see our family same-day when we realized our kids had brought home lice. She was knowledgeable, adept, and a calming presence. Cannot recommend Lice Nanny enough if you ever find yourself in need!
What a wonderful company! Lice was not something I had on my 2025 bingo card, but she has been so responsive both before AND after my family was treated and I appreciate it so much. I would recommend her to anyone. It was expensive for a family of 4 (but not as pricey as others!) but it was absolutely worth it for the support, guidance, and peace of mind.
So happy we came across Erin aka The Lice Nanny. We texted her, she responded quickly and was able to get us on her schedule within a few hours. The location was super convenient. She made us feel comfortable and did a great job explaining the process. My young daughter was able to sit on my lap to have her treatment. The idea of combing through her and my long hair seemed like a daunting process and it was best to leave it up to the professional. Lice happens to the best of us… Erin (aka The Lice Nanny) had us in the office within 1 hour of my panicked phone call. The treatment was quick and she was wonderful with the kids. We left with peace of mind after she shared how lice spread and what we needed to do once we got home. In the words of my four year old, “That Lady who got the bugs out of my hair… she’s incredibly wonderful!”.
