My brand new dryer was not drying my clothes the first time we turned it on. I checked a few things and called a few people. The Dryer Vent Guys were the only ones that picked up on a Saturday. Not only that, but they came out the same day to clean my vent and even went on the 2 story roof to make sure everything was okay with he vent. They also sent me pictures and gave me a referral for some needed roof repairs. I highly recommend their fast and friendly service. They went above and beyond. I will be using them again.
