Great communication! I used the website to try to schedule a cleaning for my vent, and he texted me quickly and said he apologized and could not do it at the time requested, but gave me other times he could. Then he texted me when he was on his way. The service was excellent. I will have him do it again next time and have already given others his number.
Mr Pierce came and did an excellent job on our dryer vent in our home. The vent was plugged very bad. And he came and knocked it out the park. Also gave me other ideas on something’s I could also do. Will definitely be using him from now on. Thanks a lot
