Very efficient and simple process. Christian was friendly and personable. I called and scheduled easily. Received a reminder text and email the day prior to service. On the day of service, we got a text when the technician was on his way. He also gave an ETA which was very helpful. Process took about an hour to complete. He also had some kind of lift for the dryer so our flooring wouldn’t be damaged during the process. Christian did a great job and was professional and efficient.
Customer service and work was EXCELLENT! They worked with my work schedule and other appointments, provided pictures, and explained why the issue happened. They also sent text messages when they were on their way and made payment fast and easy!
Christian notified me that he might be a bit early whichw as fine for me. He was very professional & explained everything he did. He even showed me a photo of the vent before & after cleaning.
