I am still in shock over the price I had to pay then when I said that no one checked in with me before having the work done they proceed to tell me I signed the contact wrong I never saw the contract. When I asked to give me a little more time they threaten me. With collections I ask for a copy of what I signed not my signed. Unbelievable looking to get a lawyer. They don't even deserve 1 star

Are use the Dry Cleaner by Val at work. They are awesome! They do an excellent job on restoration projects.
After our home was destroyed by water damage you were called in by our insurance company to collect our damaged clothing and linens...you even took my fuzzy slippers. 3 days later you delivered everything clean, dry and neatly labeled to our temporary address. I don't recall the name of the young man who picked up and delivered our stuff but he was friendly and professional. We were impressed the quality and speed of return.
Very poor quality "cleaning". Multiple things came back with chemical burns and dark brown stains. They don't care about your "priority" items. I only say this because they make it so important that you let them know which items are priority and that you need back first. But it doesn't matter at all.
I'm not really sure what they use to "clean" their clothes but everything white came back discolored. About half of my items either had chemical burns or stains (new stains) on them. Took over 2 week for the "priority" to come back.
