Our concern was pet urine odor from a foster dog that had so many accidents, but when we met with Danny, he inquired about the areas of greatest concern and was careful to thoroughly clean them. Dan did an outstanding job on our elderly carpets and upholstery. He took the time to explain the process, and the product he used dries faster than other carpet cleaners and has a pleasant odor. He even made two old chairs look young again! Very professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely use THE DRY CARPET CLEANERS again!!
