I enjoyed using this service. It was quite different than the usual carpet cleaning. My customer service experience was definitely excellent and gentleman that came was respectful and took his time didn’t rush the process, my carpets were dry within an hour. Thank you so much for helping me maintain my home, clean carpets are a big deal especially in today’s age. Plenty of bacteria builds up throughout the year. A lot of companies get 5 star reviews because they bribe their customers with incentives, but this 5 star review is authentic! Danny was a great communicator, and did a great job! Our concern was pet urine odor from a foster dog that had so many accidents, but when we met with Danny, he inquired about the areas of greatest concern and was careful to thoroughly clean them. Dan did an outstanding job on our elderly carpets and upholstery. He took the time to explain the process, and the product he used dries faster than other carpet cleaners and has a pleasant odor. He even made two old chairs look young again! Very professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely use THE DRY CARPET CLEANERS again!!
Great work. Like I told them " It looks better than when I did it." I'll be calling again for the upstairs next time.
