An excellent shop with very helpful and friendly staff. No matter what your level of musical expertise is, they are quick to help and just chat. The selection of hardware is a little thin but they are just getting on their feet. They can order what is not in-Store.
My new favorite place to buy guitar gear in Bend, Oregon. Really amazing (top-quality) product lines like EVH, Jackson, Charvel, Dean, MXR, Gretsch, etc etc. They provide great customer service, and everyone who works there is a musician, not just a salesperson so they really know what they are talking about from a musician's point of view. If they don't have what you want, they most likely can get it for you, and at a great price that competes with anybody online. I won't shop anywhere else from now on!
