i was in a lot of pain when walking.. I was lucky if I could go 1/10th of a mile walking my dog. I am not sure what I did but after two adjustments..I was able to walk my dog 1/2 mile...my dog was once again happy as am I. Also my thyroid levels were high when tested at work and when retested after one adjustment and my vitamins it is within the normal level. I am extremely happy with my results
