Stayed 4 nights with our family here while we skied and enjoyed Pagosa. These cabins are awesome! Right out the back are hot springs by the river you can just plop right down into. (Pack some towels) the cabin itself is very well thought out with a small kitchen area (sink, microwave) Would definitely stay again!
We stayed at The Drift for 3 nights and it was wonderful. We are a family of four (with two teenage girls). The room with a king and a twin bunk was a good size room for all of us. The location is great, as we could walk to a coffee shop, restaurants, the hot springs and the jogging trail. It is about 30 min away from Wolf Creek, where we skied for two days. Our trip was amazing and we loved it. We would love to be back here in the future. Also, the place is pet friendly which is a huge perk.
My husband booked a cabin for me and our 4 year old twins while he went hunting and camping for the week. It was an incredibly comfortable stay and my children loved the bunk beds. The location is amazing as well, and everything is within walking distance. However, what made The Drift the best place Ive ever stayed is how they treated us when we were stranded for a week longer than expected due to car trouble. The Drift is a unique hotel/motel location. All reservations and check-ins are done on-line and through text messaging. Each room is looks like a tiny house with a king size bed and two bunk beds. The room was comfortable and roomy. The Drift has bikes you check out and they even have a large barbecue grill one could use while there. Due to major street construction all through down town, Google Maps sent up to the wrong location off of 6th street.
