Not entirely sure how this place has received such great reviews… my experience was nothing shy of awful, the owner Theresa was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes at any comment made, any questions asked and kept commenting on the weight of a beautiful bride next to us. Secondly, with an appointment you’d think there’d be a bit more focus on brides looking for their dream dress… that was not the case for ANY bride in the room. My friend found her wedding dress here and we had a wonderful time. The workers here were so patient and kind and helped her find a dress and accessories that made her feel beautiful. She did not feel pressured to buy and was able to take her time. The prices were all under $1000 too!

Had SUCH a good experience here. The two ladies helping me were so kind, they let us just shop around and pick things ourselves and then when I decided I wanted to try something on they’d take it to the back for me and help me with that, of course. We really had so much fun with them. I was able to find a beautiful dress for a fraction of what other bridal shops would have charged for it. I had a wonderful experience at The Dressing Room! Everyone there made me feel welcome and they were so helpful in my search for a formal gown. I will add that I did not feel pressured and I felt like their comments and assessments were honest. I love my beautiful gown and recommend The Dressing Room for anyone looking for an occasion gown.
