RecommendedFrom the time we walked in the door until we left they made us feel comfortable. They were not pushy, gave us breathing room to look around without being on top of us, gave honest opinions and suggestions. We will definitely be coming back for the rest of her dances throughout the rest of high school.

Extremely kind and helpful! Great customer service! I believe I was helped by Lauren. I felt like a nightmare customer: I waited until the last minute to look for a dress for my event, so I was stressed and trying on tons of dresses, but she was so sweet, so attentive, and SUPER patient. I had an amazing experience, found a gorgeous dress, and will be using the dress lounge for all my future needs!! Highly recommend! Can’t say thank you enough!
Customer service after the sale was a nightmare. Get a detailed receipt with EXACTLY what you ordered! I went with the bride and another bridesmaid to order my bridesmaid dress. I paid extra money to get extra length, and had discussions with the bride, bridesmaid, and staff about this. I received a dress without the extra length. The dress lounge helped to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses in the perfect color for my destination wedding in Punta Cana.
