RIO Real Estate has taken over management and really cleaned the place up. Pests are no longer an issue!
Have been living here since Dec 2019 with a 1 year lease . honestly rent is very affordable for it being downtown . periodically you will here noise from other units in the building (tv, Talking, movement) but honestly it feels weird to not hear noises . leasing office are very kind people . i usually communicate with David , every time hes answered a call and has taken care of anything i may need . have not experienced bed bugs or roaches as the other person added in a review . my Apartment is cozy and honestly the perfect ... read more
