The Dream Clean Team and their cleaning crew with Darius and Caprice turned a vacation from hell into a pleasant retreat at last minute and we couldnt be happier. Long story checked into an Airbnb that was not cleaned, called the company at 630pm for an emergency clean. They showed up with supplies, linens positioned to do the work. Darius and Caprice were professional, adhered to our are request and was a life saver in getting the job done in a timely manner.

After reading the majority of these reviews I was hopeful to get a good move out cleaning however, I did not. On the day of my appointment and at the time i was supposed to meet them, I had to call to get an update. It was then that I was told my cleaning pro couldn't make it for personal reasons which is understandable, and was told that i would get a new cleaning pro. As condo owners who live in Ohio, we really appreciate how accommodating the team was throughout the years. The support team is easy to communicate with and the cleaning pros do an excellent job cleaning our condo. Everything is consistently taken care of, and their attention to detail gives us great peace of mind from afar. We highly recommend their services!

We stayed at a condo in Destin for my 4-year-old grandson's birthday, and Cynthia was our cleaner. I can't say enough good things about her! The condo was absolutely spotless—without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. She clearly takes great pride in her work. If you have Cynthia as your cleaner, you won't have a thing to worry about. She is wonderful!
