The way they treat their clients scares me. The woman wet my hair, divided my hair into three huge sections in three mini hair ties and stripped it down with a razor blade until there was no volume left. Done. At least for her. When I was paying in tears, she told me to go home and wash it, and only then I would "feel better" because my hair was just "shrinking up."
