I had a disappointing experience here. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, I was left waiting behind the door for 45 minutes while the staff prioritized a walk-in over me. I stayed because I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I inquired about it, my question was ignored. When I asked to see an apartment, I was simply told, “Sorry, we don’t have anything to show you.” I do not recommend this place.
