This was overall an okay place to live. Main pro is the rent price. Safety was a concern several times though, as there were Airbnb’s in several buildings and the previous company wasn’t responsive to issues with their occupants. My car was slammed into and so was my roommates(in the parking lot by Airbnb occupant). The area has also gotten sketchy. I lived in this property and had to literally flee with my baby due to shootings two weeks apart involving the same neighbor. Both altercations occurred in front of my apartment, compromising my family's safety. My personal property also got damaged costing hundreds of dollars in repairs. I reached out to the manager several times and they stood firm in their position of "not our fault, you have to pay the early lease termination fee" This shows how inhumane this property management company is.
