Drain works for us in quickly and arrived right on time! They did quick efficient work. Highly recommend.
Called them about a slow basement drain. Their technician David was able to come to my house the same afternoon. He called ahead, showed up on time and got the drain to start flowing better than it has in over a year. I’ve used them before and will use them again in the future.
Called drainworks to clear clogged bathroom sink drain in Bexley. They were the only company to freely say what a clean out cost started at and what would make the price go up from there. The technician arrived the next morning exactly on time with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. He was polite and communicative, had the tools he needed to complete the job quickly and cleanly. We’ll call them again next time for sure.
Do not use. Very rude employee - possibly drunk or on drugs. Gutters overflowing and stated 'no solution'. Find anyone else.
