Came in and easily completed a repair that another company had claimed couldn't be done, trying to convince me I needed to completely replace my toilet for a price higher than the Drain Team charged to finish the job - and said higher price wouldn't have even included the price of said new toilet!

The drain team sent **** late Sunday to take care of a back up in my sewer system. He took care of everything in a timely manner. I have used the Drain Team before and if I need a plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely call them again

Christopher, SERP #392, was outstanding. I called The Drain Team on a Saturday night and relayed a message through their afterhours team regarding a leak from my tub that was seeping into my kitchen, and they promptly called me back on Sunday morning and got a leak detector out the same day. Back in the beginning of August, I had a leak was identified as being in the wall between the kitchen and the spare bathroom cabinet. And then, unfortunately, a second leak was identified only 2 weeks later in the same pipe but under the slab. The 46 year old pipes were original to the house so, you guessed it, the entire house was re-piped with all new lines inside and out, all new shut off valves everywhere needed, and access panels installed behind the shower and toilets in both bathrooms - they even replaced my master ... read more
