Id give it zero if I could. Horrific experience living here for 8 years. Over the course of that time, my apartment flooded 5 separate times, with no compensation from the landlords. One time it flooded over christmas break from the unit above while I was out of town. Luckily I turned all of my lights off as every lighting unit was filled with water and would have started a fire. Great place to live
I lived in this building one year. first of all the manager Nicole is so nice and she managed everything perfectly, the maintenance of building is perfect, everyday they clean entrance and elevator, there is a gym with various supplies, no bug in units and nice neighbours. near to carleton university, Dows lake and downtown.
Nice place to live in, friendly neighbours and no issues. No bugs at all. Also not many fire alarms, also the super attendant is always helpful when help is needed. Only issue is they don’t have a central AC system, but I was told that before renting here, so that won’t affect my rating. Overall I recommend this place!
