Great place to live
I lived in this building one year. first of all the manager Nicole is so nice and she managed everything perfectly, the maintenance of building is perfect, everyday they clean entrance and elevator, there is a gym with various supplies, no bug in units and nice neighbours. near to carleton university, Dows lake and downtown.
Nice place to live in, friendly neighbours and no issues. No bugs at all. Also not many fire alarms, also the super attendant is always helpful when help is needed. Only issue is they don’t have a central AC system, but I was told that before renting here, so that won’t affect my rating. Overall I recommend this place!
This buidling is absolutely ridiculous... never any hot water... fire alarms go off every 2 weeks... they come into your apartment every 3 months to make sure you didn't steal anything... oh and you pay 1,700 to not be able to ever sleep... NEVER rent here! You've been warned.
