DO NOT move here. I am glad I left. 1-There are often pet feces in the washers. 2- They manipulate the heat during winter months that it remains under 19-21 degrees, so it gets really cold in the units in winter months. The thermostat on the wall is just for show off. I called to come and see an apartment and Robert answered me. This guy is so rude I couldn’t continue the call. You should find another representative.
I had a tour there and it was a horrible experience. Robert is extremely rude and he refused to give me the tour on time because he had plumbing to deal with! He literally cancelled the tour when I was already there! I will never go back to this place!!
Id give it zero if I could. Horrific experience living here for 8 years. Over the course of that time, my apartment flooded 5 separate times, with no compensation from the landlords. One time it flooded over christmas break from the unit above while I was out of town. Luckily I turned all of my lights off as every lighting unit was filled with water and would have started a fire.
