The units are always cold in fall-winter season. It feels like they deliberately limit the heat. The sensor is placed high on the wall, so it reads warmer than the room actually is. They deliberately limit the thermostat remotely. This is just one of many issues in the building. The rent keeps going up but the units won't get any upgrade.
DO NOT move here. I am glad I left. 1-There are often pet feces in the washers. 2- They manipulate the heat during winter months that it remains under 19-21 degrees, so it gets really cold in the units in winter months. The thermostat on the wall is just for show off. I called to come and see an apartment and Robert answered me. This guy is so rude I couldn’t continue the call. You should find another representative.
