We had a great experience shopping. The zipper on the new prom dress we bought spilt after we zipped it up before prom & the owner of the store will not return the dress. Very rude & would not do anything to make it right!

I apologized that you had a bad experience and calmy explained that the dress was in perfect condition when you left the store with it, and what happens to a dress after it leaves our store is beyond our control. Like all formal wear stores, we have an all sales final policy as stated on your receipt. I'm sorry if you felt I was rude because you didn't get the answer you were looking for. It looks like the dress worked for you because your beautiful daughter is wearing it in your profile picture.
Got my sons tuxedo at the last minute... Yeah I know I'm always late for everything lol... But showed up on the sat. The week before his prom, and it was ready to go by Tuesday!! Showed up for it on Wednesday in case it needed any alterations, but they got it all right the first time around. :0) This place is amazing, would recommend to any bride, mom, or man looking for good prices!! I'm on a tight budget and my daughter wanted a fabulous dress for prom. I decided to see what The Dowry Bridal Salon had to offer for dresses. I'm so glad that I did. Excellent friendly staff and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a geogrus dress at a reasonable price.

I LOVE The Dowry Bridal! Emily and her staff are extremely helpful, caring and wonderful! My Mom and I found my dream dress here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I always thought I would find my wedding dress at Davids Bridal. God had other plans and when you find the one you know. I purchased my beautiful dress yesterday, the ladies (especially Jamie) where down to earth and very kind. I would highly reccommend this Bridal Shop to another bride.
