Mary is fantastic! She's helped me a lot with improving mobility in my neck, back, and hips. She's super knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand what you need. I also really appreciate how she challenges me with the exercises—it's not always easy, but it's exactly what I need. I’ve noticed a big difference since starting physio with her. Highly recommend!
Janine is awesome! I've been seeing her for a while now, both when I have issues come up and for preventative maintenance, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to really listen and explain things in a way that makes sense.
