Very friendly place. I bought my wife a Pfaff 1.5 there and she loves her machine. They have done a great job cleaning her machine. She wanted to go get some material but we keep hearing they have eviction notice on door and they are closed. I don't know if they are relocating or what's going on on.
I dropped off my Brother Sewing and Embroidery machine in Sept or Oct. They said 3 weeks for the service. December I called and they had more issues with it and it wasn't done. Been trying to call and getting fast busy and last weekend went there and the store is closed with a not to email. Still waiting to get any response. Not sure if temporary closed or permanent but would have thought a courtesy call would be the least they would have done.
