It's an excellent place. You feel safe because of the securities. The place is very clean. There is a place for visitors and it can be reserved privately. The office staff are very respectful and quick to respond. They always help us if there is any problem. All the neighbors are respectful and quiet.
Been living here for over two years now. I'm surprised to see such low ratings. I have only positive impressions. New building, friendly neighbors and staff, I have not had any conflicts or disputes in the whole time. There are always things that can be improved, but if the cost of rent and the area of town suits you, this is a good choice.
Very nice apartments, very diverse everyone is included. The commons room is big & can have different events thrown. The staff are great, they are very accommodating, building is always clean. I haven’t had any problems since living here in 2017. The affordable rental program goes according to your income and it’s very sustainable as majority of the tenants are students & families. The best management company . I had been a tenant for more than 7 years. The management is patient, friendly and easy to communicate. They put a lot of effect and did a great job to manage the property. The building is always clean and well maintained! My problems always get solved in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to everybody.
Nice apartment. They have a common room where you can do your party.
