WARNING: Do not book here. I think this place might be a scam. I was told to notify them I would be arriving outside of 3pm-8pm, but their phone number and email are not in service and are listed as "temporarily closed" during my booked stay
The hotel shut down after I booked my room and did not issue me a refund (or a warning that they were no longer open for that matter). I had been attempting to get ahold of someone there for a few weeks and luckily noticed on instagram that they were no longer open before I arrived. Extremely unprofessional. Read the other reviews and do NOT book this place.
I put a group of people here for an event and it was extremely sketchy. First, they overbooked and when my staff got there, seemed like two of their rooms had been broken into and the other had someone else's belongings. Then it was very hard to get in contact with the managers. The front desk was also the bartender and he said he wasn't able to get in contact with them either. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Like others, I sadly made a reservation here only to arrive and find it closed. Contact your bank/credit card issuer to launch a dispute.
I'm in the same boat as everyone else recently. They tricked me. I showed up for my reservation to find the whole place closed down. No warning, no communication, no way to contact anyone, no refund. These are bad people, don't waste your time or money here.
